You can open, view and edit GRAPHML files for free right here in your browser, without yEd and without uploading anything. An XML format for graphs: nodes, edges and the attributes attached to them. It came out of the graph-drawing research community and is widely supported by network tools.

Save as it was, or as draw.io, Excalidraw, SVG or PNG. yEd’s layout, shapes, colours and labels; graphs without a layout are laid out automatically and saved with one. Every data value is kept.
