You can open, view and edit DRAWIO files for free right here in your browser, without draw.io for web and desktop and without uploading anything. The XML file of draw.io, the free diagram editor also known as diagrams.net. It stores pages of shapes, connectors and styles, sometimes compressed inside the XML.

Select, move, resize and edit labels in place; draw boxes, rounded boxes, ovals, decisions and text; connect shapes with arrows that follow them; fill, outline, text and arrow styles; align, space evenly and stack; copy, paste and duplicate. Save as it was, or as draw.io, Excalidraw, SVG or PNG. Every page, compressed or not; what Anyfile doesn’t draw (custom stencils, links, layers, metadata) is kept, and shapes it doesn’t know are drawn as boxes.
