Questions

How do I convert ASEPRITE to JPG?

Drop your ASEPRITE file on this page, or choose it. Anyfile converts it on your device in a moment and the JPG downloads straight away. To change it first, open it in the layered image editor.

Is my ASEPRITE file uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is read and converted by your own browser, and nothing is sent to a server. You can check: open your browser’s developer tools, go to Network, and convert a file. No upload appears.

Are the layers kept?

No: JPG is a flat picture, so the layers are merged exactly as the document looks. Keep the ASEPRITE too if you want to edit layers later.

Will the animation still play?

No: JPG holds a single picture, so only the first frame is kept.

Will I lose quality?

JPG is a compressed format, and Anyfile saves at high quality, so the difference is very hard to notice. For no loss at all, keep the ASEPRITE.

What happens to transparent areas?

JPG can’t hold transparency, so they’re filled with white.

Can I convert several ASEPRITE files at once?

Yes. Drop them together and you get one ZIP with every JPG inside.
