animated PNGAnimated Portable Network Graphics

An extension of PNG, proposed by Mozilla developers in 2004, that adds animation frames. Unlike GIF it keeps full colour and soft transparency, and plain PNG viewers show the first frame.

Small looping animations and stickers that need more colours or smoother edges than GIF allows.

Questions

How do I convert APNG to PDF?

Drop your APNG file on this page, or choose it. Anyfile converts it on your device in a moment and the PDF downloads straight away. To change it first, open it in the photo editor.

Is my APNG file uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is read and converted by your own browser, and nothing is sent to a server. You can check: open your browser’s developer tools, go to Network, and convert a file. No upload appears.

Will the animation still play?

No: PDF holds a single picture, so only the first frame is kept.

Can I convert several APNG files at once?

Yes. Drop them together and they become one PDF, a page each, in the order you chose them.
