Edit DOT files

Edit on pages at the document’s own size and margins, with page breaks, zoom and a headings outline: its own paragraph styles, fonts (shown in the device’s closest match), bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, super- and subscript, colour and highlight, alignment, spacing and indents, bulleted and numbered lists with levels, links, tables (rows, columns, merged cells, shading), pictures (resize, or edit in Images), page breaks, and headers and footers with page numbers. Footnotes and comments are shown beside the pages and tracked changes in the text, to accept or reject. Find and replace, word count and the browser’s spell check. Save as DOCX, ODT, RTF, PDF, plain text, Markdown or a web page. Word 97–2003 files are read by Anyfile’s own reader (text, styles, character and paragraph formatting, lists, tables, pictures, links, footnotes, comments, tracked changes, headers and footers) and saved in a newer format: DOCX, ODT or RTF. Drawings and text boxes aren’t shown; documents from Word 6 and 95 don’t open yet. A template is saved as a Word template (.dotx).
