Trim with handles on a filmstrip, split and cut out stretches, crop (free, or a shape for phones and posts), turn and mirror, change the speed, change or remove the sound, fade in and out, save a frame as a picture or as the cover, set the title and remove where it was filmed. Save as MP4, MOV, WebM or MKV, an animated GIF, or the sound alone. Phone videos in H.264 or HEVC with AAC sound; older ones in H.263 or MPEG-4 Part 2, or with AMR sound, need decoders browsers don’t have. Trims save without re-encoding; other edits re-encode as H.264 and AAC, still 3GPP.
